I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully set for what appeared to be a holiday business dinner, and they had a very comfortable bed. The service was very friendly and helpful, making my stay so much easier. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. However, do not go to the hotel bar/restaurant. The dining experience was seriously yummy with the Pork Belly being a standout dish.
The hotel rooms are really clean and nicely decorated, but I had to wait until 4:45 pm for my room to be ready. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even checking on us early in the morning. The location was convenient for exploring the city, close to many attractions. The dining experience was good, but affected by a large convention. Overall, a great stay with minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was just what I expected. The rooms were nice and clean, offering a very comfortable bed in a great location for exploring the town. On the downside, the service was not on par with what I had hoped for, as it seemed a bit unfriendly and unprofessional. The location was perfect for walking around to shops and restaurants, but there were some issues with construction nearby. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
